It is commonly seen that people go on diet with
the objective of losing some weight and keeping themselves fit and fine.
Usually, it is more important for these people to lose weight and attain a
decided weight than to bring about fitness and good health. With this aim in
mind, they buy the latest fad diets in the market for example, cookie diet, in
order to acquire their coveted weight and fitness. These diets are easily
available in the market and there have been reports of them benefitting a lot

solution to obesity. Sighting this drawback of dieting, medical professionals
and doctors do not suggest dieting to needy people. Along with putting a limit
to one's intake of calories, physical exercises should also be performed in
order to obtain positive results.
Studies have shown that it is physically impossible and extremely unhealthy to
lose more than 900 grams in a week's time. If we lose and gain weight
frequently, our health will be badly affected and the possibility of having
heart diseases, strokes, diabetes and disturbed immune systems will rise and many
other health risks will be posed. Hence through cookie diet one should not aim at
losing as much weight as possible but to cut down on the intake of fats in a
healthy manner. One should be aware of the fact that more than just losing
weight it is more important that the weight is lost in a healthy way. We need
to be careful that we do not suffer from the loss of vital nutrients and harm
the body. Also, the level of fluids in the body should not decrease and no harm
should be caused to the metabolism mechanisms of the body.
